Solar flexi piping : 316L flexible stainless steel hose. This piping has a rating of 600ºc and is available in 2 different bores, DN12 for standard pipe length solar systems and DN16 for longer pipe runs. The professional way to install solar systems.

HT Armaflex insulation : Available to suit the solar flexi pipe above. The insulation can also be used on copper pipes of 1/2" and 3/4" diameter. Rated to 150ºc and UV treated, this insulation is suitable for outdoor locations and has thick 13mm walls for high heat retention

Masterflash pipe sealing kit : The stepped-cone design and built-in 20º angle makes residential master flash easily adaptable to every roof pitch up to 60 º . The EPDM cone is rated to +150 ºc. It has an "Environmentally Safe" lead free metal base, that won't stain roofs and has an expected life of over 20 years.

Anti-siphon valve (3/4") (High Temp 220 ºc ): This small anti-siphon valve prevents hot water rising up the solar circuit at night when the panel will be cool. This is very important. Beware of people using standard (plastic parts) one way valves. These are rated to 220ºc.

Solar panel connector 22mm x ¾” elbow : This is a must have for any evacuated tube solar installation. Minimises the exposure of the flow and return pipe connection on the manifold side, and has a 3/4" flat face for connecting to the DN16 flexi pipe directly.

Expansion vessel (130°c, 18 litre volume) : This high temperature, adequately sized expansion vessel is essential for all pressurised solar circuits.It comes factory pre set at 2.5 bar and this can easily reduced by the manual valve located on the top of the vessel. Standard vessels are only rated to 99°c and are not suitable for solar, for this reason.

Expansion vessel connection set :To make life easier for the installer we offer and expansion vessel mounting set. It comes with a mounting bracket and screws, a stainless steel flexible hose and a quick release coupling. This simplifies the connection of the expansion vessel to the pump station. Also, if expansion vessel replacment is necessary, you do not need to drain the system if you use this component.

Tyfocor LS anti-freeze. (10 litres) :Tyfocor LS is a ready to use, vaporisation-safe, special heating medium. It is designed on the basis of propylene-glycol and epically developed for use as a heating medium in solar heating systems which are capable of high thermal stress. This makes it ideal for using with your Evotherm Panel as it can sometimes reach temperatures of over 150°c. This anti-freeze must not be diluted with water. It can cope with temperatures as low as -28°c without allowing any ice pulp to form. This antifreeze is completely non toxic to both humans and the environment.

Indoor air vent :It is essential to have an air vent installed into the system. Air in a pressurised water circuit can cause lots of problems. Some companies offer air vents which are supposed to be located at the highest level in the system (sometimes out on the roof). Our air vents come with an air scoop. This scoop allows the vent to capture air bubbles as they pass through the pipework at any level. They are then expelled through the attached air vent. It comes with an isolation valve attached so you can remove the vent when required.
